A series of good things

sharelleI hope everyone on my flist is having a very nice weekend. Mine is very busy, but it's a good kind of busy: I'm getting things together for the last week of school. (Yay!) I have a few final exams to make and some review material to assemble, but it's the type of work I don't mind doing this late in the year. The upcoming week will be extremely full (class night, graduation, grading, etc.) but it will be worth it to make it to the end. My first year at this new job really was a long one, and while it was good overall, I'm happy to have reached the end.
Other good things:
-- The final round of voting for The Strawberries is up and running, and I was so happy to see that two of my stories made the final cut. (Never Unsaid and Broken Toys, in the Canon Romance and Missing Scene/Episode Based categories.) There are so many other wonderful fics on the list, so, if anyone on my flist enjoys stories in the Firefly fandom and wishes to vote for their favorites, the polls are here.
