Marathon #3 is in the books!

It was a little bit of a struggle in the heat, especially after the half-way point, so I didn't quite get the time I was hoping for. But I did get close to my personal record from last time! (And if I can do that when I'm struggling, I'm going to ROCK when I'm feeling awesome! So it's still a goal for next time!)

Thanks for the good luck wishes! I'm definitely looking forward to relaxing for a while now! (And maybe finally having a Krispy Kreme doughnut!)

Yay! See, you made it! A friend of mine just a marathon in Hawaii, but she didn't care about keeping any time - she and her friends were too busy taking pictures with their phones :P At least you put in a great effort!

Thanks! It certainly was an effort in many spots! (We had pretty hot weather yesterday.) But overall, it was great to finish!

If I were to do a marathon in Hawaii, I probably wouldn't care about my time, either! I'd be too busy being all, "Wheeee! I'm in Hawaii!" :)
