Wow, thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! I'm very glad to know what parts of the story are making people think. To be honest, I'd been worried that some of the discrepancies that I'd purposely stuck in there might be a bit jarring to readers...especially since I haven't yet posted the scenes which include the explanations. (Most notably, the whole 'Spike able to enter Buffy's house without an invite' mystery.) I'm happy that some of the details are a bit smoother now that you've read this far!
It also thrills me to know that the characters are still ringing true as the story progresses. I really hope you continue to enjoy what's to come!
