Hello? Customer service?

My internet has been down, off and on, for about a week. (Comcast just took over my digital cable service, and so far I'm not too pleased with the job they've been doing. *eyeroll*)

I have a feeling I've missed much, and I apologize for my sparse comments of late, but when I poked my head in today I noticed that rana_kane has acquired the dreaded strikethrough.
