Hmmm...maybe Angel doesn't know Spike as well as he thinks he does, huh? I guess he just hasn't had a chance to get to know "their" Spike yet. This scene is amusing & serious at the same time. You know how to weave the important/angsty/looming horror stuff in with the funny which makes your story just a joy for me to read. Plus, your character voices are just so very very good. Thank you for that joy & for the new updates.
