Well, here is the first half of the fruits of my weekend's labor -- including one night of very little sleep. Whee! (It actually felt pretty good. I should totally do that again!) The next part should just be a few days, after I've had the chance to re-read and code it.

April 1st is also National Asbestos Awareness Day. By extension, it is also, unofficially, Warren Zevon Day (due to his death in 2003 from mesothelioma, a form of lung cancer acquired from breathing asbestos).

To honor the day, nearly every radio station in my area played this song from Zevon's last album "The Wind:"

Keep Me in Your Heart

According to the stations that aired the song, it is the hope of Zevon's family to have this song serve as an anthem for the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, the victims of the disease, as well as their families.
